You LOVE service design, but are hoping that your daily work has a bigger direct impact on improving people’s lives? We are hiring a Service Designer for taking our chronic care platform to the next level. In this role, you will be a major contributor to our mission to significantly reduce hospitalizations and extend the life of our users, people living with chronic kidney disease.

Until now at Carealytix, we were 100% focused on building digital health applications, especially our companion app Mizu that supports people living with chronic kidney disease. We believe that we have done that quite well. Only 3 years in, we have established ourselves as the leading nephrologic companion app in Europe. Now, we are ready to delve from software-only into hybrid offerings that will perspectively include face-to-face, telemedicine, remote care and a multitude of service touchpoints across the entire continuum of care.

In your new role, you will be working on a daily basis with people on dialysis, kidney transplant recipients, as well as nurses and physicians to create a tech-enabled care offering everyone will love. On the other side, you will work closely together with our product and tech teams to prioritize needs and requirements, and funnel everything towards a maximally satisfying user/patient experience. You will take ownership of iteratively refining, testing and improving at all stages of creation to optimize healthcare processes.

This is a rare opportunity to shape something awesome as part of an enthusiastic team to help people with chronic conditions master their lives in the best possible way!

What we are working on

Carealytix is creating the next generation platform for chronic care in nephrology. Our product development portfolio ranges from classic mobile app development to EHR integration, IoT device integration and exciting research partnerships with universities, e.g., in Digital Therapeutics.

We are currently working on building new features and integrations for Mizu our app for people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Together with our doctors and developers, we are focussing on releasing exciting new features with clear benefits for doctors and patients. On top of that, we are now delving into remote care setups that will involve service elements components and in-person interactions at their very core. In doing so, we are getting one step closer to realizing our long-term vision of providing every person living with a chronic condition with the best possible, personalized care.
